Hospice Chautauqua County

For more than three decades, Hospice Chautauqua County has provided medical, emotional and spiritual care to patients and families following a terminal diagnosis. There are many ways you can help Hospice continue to provide these essential services to others in our community. Your tax deductible gift to Hospice Chautauqua County supports care for those during the end stages of life and their loved ones.

Tribute Gifts
Remembering people keeps their spirits alive in our hearts. You can remember or honor someone with your donation to Hospice Chautauqua County. An acknowledgement of your gift will be sent to the person(s) whom you requested without reference to the size of the gift. Gifts of $50 or more will be recognized in our Hospice Newsletter.

Other Giving Opportunities:


March 27 & 28, 2010 Join hockey enthusiasts on March 27 & 28 for a great cause! A hockey classic will be held at the Jamestown Savings Bank Arena for hockey players of all ages and levels. The classic will feature a Buffalo Sabres Alumni game at the conclusion of the event at 7:30pm.	April 2010 This garden will transform the entire front and side lawn of the Hospice Lakewood Campus, creating a place of reflection for patients, their families and our staff.	June 2010 The Synergy Performance Ensemble, featuring former members of the Buffalo Philharmonic, will create another spectacular concert written specifically for friends and families who have lost a loved one. The Concert combines poetic stanzas with music.	July 24, 2010 In the 2010 Ride is expanding to a "cruise-in," featuring corvettes, mustangs, hot-rods, etc. Live entertainment, raffles, rides, prizes, and great food make this a fun-packed event the entire family can attend!
