Hospice Chautauqua County offers a special kind of caring to help those facing the uncertainty of a life-threatening illness. Some patients contact us while the are still receiving curative treatment. Others who are receiving hospice benefits sometimes see improvements in their condition and cannot be recertified for hospice care. We assist and support these patients and their families.

Our Family Support Services include:

  • Supportive visits and contact by the Family Support Coordinator
  • Hospice volunteer support
  • Referral information and assistance for other community services
There is no cost to the patient for these services.
